• Ensuring that their use of the deployed systems complies with all applicable local laws, licensing conditions, and regulatory frameworks;
• Maintaining the confidentiality of administrative credentials and following the security guidelines supplied with the deployment;
• Keeping support and maintenance agreements current so that updates and patches can be applied.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public technical, commercial, or operational information disclosed during an engagement, and to use such information solely for the purpose of delivering or receiving the services.

7. Warranties and Disclaimer

We warrant that services will be performed with professional skill and care. Except as expressly stated in a written agreement, this website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability
